Welcome to BackFlowRates.com! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using BackFlowRates.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

BackFlowRates.com is a subscription-based online directory and marketplace that connects property owners with professional backflow testers. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, whether as a vendor, customer, or guest user.

BackFlowRates.com does not guarantee any number of leads, sales, inquiries, or engagement as part of your vendor subscription. While we aim to provide visibility and tools to support your success, outcomes may vary based on region, market demand, and customer behavior.

1. Definitions

"Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to BackFlowRates.com.

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity using the platform.

"Consumer" refers to property owners seeking backflow testing services.

"Tester" "Vendor" refers to licensed backflow testers or companies offering testing services.

2. Services Provided BackFlowRates.com is an online marketplace that connects Consumers with Testers for backflow testing services. We facilitate communication and transactions but do not perform testing services ourselves.

3. User Responsibilities a. Consumers:

You are responsible for providing accurate property and contact information when booking services. Must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit service inquiries.

You agree to comply with local regulations regarding backflow device testing.

b. Testers:

Vendors agree that they are certified or licensed (where required) to perform backflow testing services in their operating areas. Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including licenses, pricing (if applicable), turnaround time, and service descriptions. BackFlowRates.com does not verify or guarantee vendor credentials. All services are performed directly by the vendor and not by BackFlowRates.com.

You must have the required licenses and certifications to offer backflow testing services.

You are responsible for ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.

You agree to provide accurate pricing, availability, and service descriptions.

4. Payment and Fees

Payments for services may be processed through our platform or directly between Consumers and Testers.

We may charge service fees, which will be disclosed before booking.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to individual Tester policies.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or legality of services provided by Testers.

We are not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from interactions between Users.

Testers are independent contractors, not employees or agents of BackFlowRates.com.

BackFlowRates.com is currently in beta. While we strive to provide accurate information and smooth performance, some features may be experimental or under development.

6. User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the platform, including uploading false information, misrepresenting professional credentials, harvesting data, or using the platform for anything other than lawful business or personal use.

Users must not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities.

Reviews and ratings must be honest and based on genuine experiences.

Misuse of the platform may result in suspension or termination of your account.

BackFlowRates.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unethical behavior that may harm other users or the integrity of the marketplace.

7. Privacy Policy Your use of BackFlowRates.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We collect limited data and don’t sell it.

8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law.

11. Cancellation Policy You may cancel your subscription at any time by submitting a written request to Service@BackFlowRates.com. Cancellations are processed manually, and we ask that you allow up to 48 hours from the time of your email for your subscription to be officially canceled.

Once your cancellation has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. If your billing date falls within this 48-hour window, a final charge may occur, after which no further charges will be made.

To avoid unwanted charges, we recommend submitting your cancellation request at least 2 days before your next billing date.

12. Refund Policy At BackFlowRates.com, we strive to deliver value to every vendor who joins our platform. To support your experience and reduce any upfront risk, all new vendor subscriptions begin with a free 45-day trial. During this period, no charges will be made to your account.

Once a paid subscription begins (after the trial period ends), all payments are non-refundable. This includes both monthly and annual subscription fees. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time, downgraded plans, or early cancellations.

If you believe a charge was made in error or if you encounter any billing issues, please contact us immediately at Service@BackFlowRates.com, and we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis.

By using BackFlowRates.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
