I started out in 1998 after graduating high school in the underground pipeline trade. Soon after, in 2002, I went to Cuyamaca Community College and earned my certificate as a Certified Backflow Tester. In 2004 I started Elite Backflow Service and have continued to provide unmatched service in the San Diego area.
